My favorite song
For me it is hard to choose a song, I have a lot of
favorite songs.
It depends on what I am doing and how I feel the music
that I listen to.
For example when I am working checking tests,
preparing materials for my classes, studying for my master or writing my thesis
I need to listen to electro swing.
It gives me a lot of energy, I feel as if I had drunk
a thousand rebulls.
When I am riding my bike a listen to pop music, such
as when the lights go out (five), I rememeber (deadmau5), In another life
(blast flava) and others.
Now I will describe on of the songs that I listen a
lot, that song is Barbra Streisand (Duck Sauce)
This song uses a
sample from the single “Gotta go Home” (Boney M’s), which also uses a sample of
another song “hallo bimmelbahn” (nightrain).
I remember the first
time I listened to it. It was when I was in New Zealand. I thought who would
ever like this song! It is so repetitive. I used to go clubbing a lot when I
was there, and this song was played everywhere! So of course it was impossible
not to like it at the end.
When I was there every
time that I listened to it I felt happy and energetic but when I listen to it
here, sometimes I feel a bit nostalgic. I see how much I have changed. When I
was in Auckland I used to work and party 24/7. Here I work, study and party
only like once a month because I do not feel like doing that anymore. Maybe
there is a time for everything. Don’t get me wrong, I really like my life now
but I miss that part of me. The crazy Maca hahaha.
So that’s it my dear students.

Oh teacher, it's the same for me. But the music I listen to depends on my mood. It's almost always music to dance!
